ARCHITECTURE
No 28 Bedford Street is a single storey house constructed in rendered brick with a hipped and gable corrugated iron roof. It is fair expression of the Federation Bungalow style. The front elevation is asymmetrically planned with a thrust gable bay and a part width skillion roofed verandah. The verandah is supported on turned timber posts and terminates at the gabled thrust bay. There is a central door flanked by sidelights and replacement casement and fixed light windows. The half timbered gable bay features a window under a sunhood.
