Federation Bungalow
No 28 (previously known as No 54) Hubble Street is a single storey house constructed in timber framing and weatherboard cladding with a gabled corrugated iron roof. The place is symmetrically planned with a full width verandah and a central door and hopper light flanked by multi-pane double hung sash windows. The facade features a replacement verandah.

1935 Recipe. Honorable Mention Orange Puffs: Take 1 ½ cups of flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1 cup sugar, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ cup milk, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon butter, ½ teaspoon grated orange rind. Sift flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a mixing bowl; add milk gradually, egg well beaten, melted butter, orange rind.
