ARCHITECTURE

No 25 Bedford Street is a single storey house constructed in tuck pointed brick with a hipped and gable tiled roof. It is a fine expression of the Inter-War Bungalow style. The place also reflects the Federation period styling. The front elevation is asymmetrically planned with a full width, return hip roofed verandah set on timber posts over battered rendered piers. The front door is located under the return verandah and addresses the street. The front facade features a set of casement windows and a corner window suite.
