Won forth prize in Sunday Times recipe Contest (reference)
Ingredients:
Good pastry
1 egg
1 oz (30 g) grated cheese
1 dessertspoon cream
Cayenne pepper and salt
Method:
Line patty pans with pastry
Beat yolk of egg with cheese, cream, pepper and salt
Whisk egg white then add to the mixture
Fill patty pans ¾ full of mixture and bake in quick oven.
