Ingredients:
1 marrow
Sage and Onion Stuffing
Beef Dripping
Method:
Take a nice marrow and cut it through the middle lengthwise then remove all the seeds
Prepare a sage and onion stuffing and lay it in the marrow in place of the seeds
Tie the marrow together with string and spread some nice beef dripping on top
Bake for an hour, continually basting it with hot fat.
