No 63 Fraser Street is a single storey house constructed in limestone brick and rendered brick with a hipped and gable tiled roof. It is a representative expression of the Inter-War California Bungalow style. It is asymmetrically composed with a gable thrust bay and a gable roofed porch. The porch is supported on stout square columns set over limestone piers. An open pattern concrete balustrade spans between the piers. The porch roof extends over the gable bay. The gable bay features casement windows. To the west there is an integrally designed garage. The garage features a curved top parapet. The place sits on limestone foundations. The lower walls are face brick and the upper walls are rendered. The roofscape features a rendered chimney and finials.
