ARCHITECTURE

No 63 a Dalgety Street is a single storey house constructed in painted brick with a hipped and gable tiled roof. It is a fair expression of the Inter-War Bungalow style. The front facade is symmetrically planned with a full width return hipped roofed verandah. The verandah is supported on timber posts with post brackets. A half-timbered gable sits centrally above the verandah. There are central French doors across the front facade. The roofscape features brick chimneys and finials.
