ARCHITECTURE

Inter-War Simple Inter War Bungalow w Georgian Influences

No 31 Oakover Street is a single storey house constructed in brick with a hipped corrugated iron roof. It is a fine expression of the Inter-War Bungalow style. It is symmetrically composed with a full width skillion roofed verandah supported on timber posts. There is a central door and hopper light flanked by a side light and sets of casement windows. The roofscape features a brick chimney. The windows have decorative sills.
