The half-timbered gable thrust bay features a bay window with double hung sash windows. There is a central door and hopper light flanked by sidelights and a pair of double hung sash windows. The walls are limestone and all quoins are brick. The roofscape features render capped chimneys.

Bolger is producing, and in which with him and Mr. Hoey, Mr. Eustace, and Miss Wilson, a Fremantle lady, whose stagework is attracting notice, will appear. (reference)
