Inter-War, Bungalow w Federation Influences
No 25 Hamilton Street is a single storey house constructed in brick and rendered brick with a hipped and gable tiled roof. It is a fine expression of the Inter-War Bungalow style. The front elevation is asymmetrically planned with a full width return hip roofed verandah. The verandah is supported on timber posts. There is a central door and hopper light flanked by sidelights and sets of casement windows. There is a string course at the sill level. The roofscape features rendered chimneys and finials.
