Ingredients:
1 chicken
curry powder
dry mustard
2 onions
butter
Method:
Cut chicken into joints and fairly small pieces and dry thoroughly
Add ½ teaspoon of dried mustard to the curry powder and use to powder every part of the chicken with
Fry the pieces well in butter then lay on platter
Cut 2 onions into small pieces and fry in butter carefully
Pour onions and their sauce over the chicken and serve on very hot plates
