ARCHITECTURE
Inter-War , Bungalow Porch House w Arts & Crafts Influences
No 69 Fraser Street is a single storey house constructed in brick and rendered brick with a hipped and gable tiled roof. It is an expression of the Inter-War Porch style with some Arts and Crafts details. The place is located on a corner lot that addresses both Fraser Street and Penshurst Street. It is asymmetrically composed with a gable roofed porch supported on masonry columns. A rendered balustrade spans between the columns. The porch features timber shingles. A gable roofed entry sits proud of the main porch. A set of concrete steps leads from the porch to the garden. There is a central door flanked by sidelights and sets of casement windows.
