Inter-War Bungalow Porch House w California Bungalow Influences
No 62 View Terrace is a single storey house constructed in painted brick and rendered brick with a hipped and gable tiled roof. The front elevation asymmetrically planned with a thrust gable bay and a modest skillion roofed porch. The porch is supported on a Tuscan column with a rendered balustrade. The half-timbered gable bay features a set of casement and fixed light windows under a tiled awning.
