HISTORY
1916 Birth on April 18, at their residence, 130 Sewell-street, East Fremantle, to Mr. and Mrs. W. Mothershaw—a daughter (Muriel Mary). Both well. (reference)

Government Railways, North Fremantle, are respectfully invited to follow the remains of his late dearly beloved wife, Sarah Lucy, to the place of interment, the Wesleyan portion of the Fremantle Cemetery.
