ARCHITECTURE

Late Victorian / Early Federation/Post WWII overlays / Georgian Influences

No. 62 (previously was no. 92) East street is a single storey house constructed in rendered masonry construction with a hipped 'M' format iron roof. It is a simple expression of the Federation Bungalow style overlaid with later modifications. The front elevation is symmetrically planned with a central door flanked by windows. The facade features a skillion roofed verandah supported with masonry posts on a concrete floor.
