ARCHITECTURE
No 62 Allen Street is a single storey house constructed in rendered brick with a hipped and gable tiled roof. It is an expression of the Federation Bungalow style. The front elevation is asymmetrically planned with a thrust gable bay and a part width return hipped roof verandah. The verandah is supported on steel poles and terminates at the gable bay. The half timbered, gable bay features a set of three casement windows under a tiled awning. There is a central door and hopper light flanked by sidelights and a set of three casement windows. The roofscape features a pair of render capped chimneys.
