ARCHITECTURE
No 35 Bedford Street is a single storey house constructed in rendered brick with a hipped and gable decramastic tiled roof. It is an expression of the Federation Bungalow style that has been modified. The front elevation is asymmetrically planned with a thrust gable bay and a part width, return hip roofed verandah. The verandah has been partially enclosed in rendered brick. It terminates at the gable bay and is set on steel posts. There is a central door and hopper light flanked by sidelights and a double hung sash window. The gable bay features a pair of double hung sash windows.
