Inter-War, Bungalow with Arts & Crafts Influences
No. 34 Irwin Street - Eelup- is a single-storey house constructed in brick and rendered brick with a hipped and gable tiled roof. It is an expression of the Inter-War Bungalow style. The front elevations is asymmetrically planned with a gable thrust bay and part-width verandah. The verandah is supported on Tuscan columns. Concrete steps lead from the verandah to the garden. There is a central door flanked by windows. The roofscape features rendered chimneys and finials.

Floral Fete arranged by the Ladies' Guild of East Fremantle Presbyterian Church, was held on Saturday afternoon at the East Fremantle Town Hall...The hall was decorated for the occasion with floral wreaths and streamers, and during the evening various competitions were conducted.
