No. 26 (Previously know as No. 56) King Street is a single storey cottage constructed in timber framing and weatherboard cladding with a hipped and gable corrugated iron roof. The front elevation is asymmetrically planned with prominent gable and part bullnosed verandah. There is a central door flanked by a single pane double hung sash window. The gable features the same window with a sunhood over it.
