Late Victorian / Early Federation / Gothic Influences
No 12 Marmion Street is a single storey house constructed in timber framing and fibrous cement cladding with a hipped decramastic tiled roof. The place is a house in the Federation Bungalow style that has been modified in the Inter-War period. The original verandah has been filled in. The front elevation is asymmetrically planned with an offset door flanked by four windows. The verandah is a full width skillion roofed verandah with corrugated iron roof sheeting.
