A brief History of windsor road

Windsor Road and the Windsor Estate was originally known as George Street; changed circa 1902.

Harold Bower Bull (see Notable people), part of the crew on the first of Sir Ernest Shackleton's expeditions to the Antarctic- on the Nimrod, in 1907/09, retired to 32 Windsor Rd in the early 1940’s and died there in 1943.
