HISTORY
1907 In the case of Mark Hodgson, a young man, charged with having at Fremantle, on February 6, unlawfully assaulted Bernard Noonan, the jury failed to agree and were discharged, the accused being remanded. Noonan had his jaw fractured during a fracas in an hotel, and Hodgson was alleged to have committed the offence. (reference)
