Inter-War, Inter-War Bungalow
No 7 Irwin Street ‘Waratah’ is a single storey house constructed in brick and rendered brick with a hipped and gable tiled roof. It is good expression of the Inter-War Bungalow style. The front elevation is asymmetrically planned with a thrust gable bay and a part width hip roofed verandah. The verandah is supported on masonry columns. The gable bay features a set of casement windows under a sunhood. There is a central door flanked by casement windows. The roofscape features rendered chimneys and finials.
