ARCHITECTURE
Bungalow Porch House w / Arts & Crafts Influences
No 73 Dalgety Street is a single storey house constructed in rendered brick with a hipped and gabled decramastic tiled roof. It is a fair expression of the Inter-War Bungalow style. The front elevation is asymmetrically planned with a prominent gable bay and part width skillion roofed verandah. The verandah is supported on masonry columns. The gable bay features a bay window with double hung sash windows and an arched porch. The porch was later extended south. There is a central door flanked by casement windows.
