Interwar California Bungalow
No 64 Oakover Street is a single storey house constructed in brick and rendered brick house with a hipped and gable tiled roof. It is an expression of the Inter-War California Bungalow style. It is asymmetrically composed with a thrust bay and a gabled roofed porch. The porch is supported on Tuscan columns set on piers. A rendered balustrade spans between the posts. The half-timbered thrust bay features a sunhood over a pair of double hung sashes and a picture window. There is a central door flanked by a pair of double hung sashes and a picture window.
