ARCHITECTURE

Late Federation / Interwar / Bungalow w Federation influences

No 57 Dalgety Street- "Glenwhelt" is a single storey house constructed in painted brick with a hipped and gable tiled roof. The front elevation is symmetrically planned with a full width return hip roofed verandah. The verandah is supported on timber posts with brackets. Above the verandah is a prominent gable with a lattice vent. The entry door is on the north elevation under the return verandah. The roofscape features a rendered chimney and finials.
