Late Inter / Post war / Bungalow Porch House
No 54 Preston Point Road is a single storey house constructed in rendered brick with a hipped tiled roof. It is an expression of the Inter-War Porch style. The front elevation is asymmetrically planned with a thrust bay and a hipped roofed porch. The porch is supported on Tuscan columns set over a rendered balustrade. The thrust bay features a set of casement and fixed light windows under a sun hood. There is a central door flanked by casement and fixed light windows. The roofscape features a brick chimney.
