No 37 Dalgety Street -‘Corindhap’- is a single storey house constructed in tuck pointed brick and rendered brick with a hipped and gabled tiled roof. It is a fine expression of the Federation Bungalow style. The front elevation is asymmetrically planned with a full width return hipped roofed verandah. The verandah is supported on timber posts with post brackets. There is a tall half-timbered gable with rough cast render over the front rooms. The front facade features a lead light casement window and a corner suite window. The entrance door is on the north elevation under the return verandah. The roofscape features rendered chimneys.
HISTORY
1931 The South Fremantle Ladies' Hockey Club held another very enjoyable outing last Sunday, about 90 enthusiastic young people filling three lorries which journeyed to Serpentine. The event of the day was a hockey match-Boys v. Girls. The boys say they won by 3-2, but the girls know different. 1932 Death on February 28, at the Fremantle Hospital, Henry Leonard Reilly, dearly beloved husband of Anne Reilly, of 37 Dalgety-street, East Fremantle, and loving father of Herbert Cecil, Harold John and Howard Vincent; in his 70th year. (reference)
1932 East Fremantle Football Club -Various toasts were honored during the evening and many sterling tributes were paid to the service given the club by the late Mr. H. L. Reilly, who died recently. He was vice-president. The adoption of the report was moved by Mr. W. H. Kitson, M.L.C., who pointed out that, socially, and from the administrative standpoint, as well as on the playing field, East Fremantle had proved a splendid model...The president referred to the death of Mr. Reilly and members stood in silence as a mark of respect. Mr. Doig described the deceased as a great worker for the club, and one who was esteemed not only by its members, but throughout football and business circles. (reference)

1941 The Fremantle A.L.P. District Council has been officially notified that at a meeting of the Federated Clerks' Union held on Thursday, March 13, a resolution was carried relating to the recent returning of the credential of Mr. G. L. Constantine. The resolution read: "That the decision of the Fremantle District Council A.L.P. to return the credential of Mr. G. L. Constantine he upheld and that Mr. S. F. Schnaars be appointed delegate in his stead." (reference)
