ARCHITECTURE
Interwar, Arts and Crafts Bungalow
No. 32 (previously was no. 109) Marmion street is a single storey house constructed in timber framing and weatherboard cladding with a hipped and gable tiled roof. It is an elaborate expression of an Inter-War Bungalow style with later modifications. The front elevation is asymmetrically planned with a gable thrust bay and gable porch. The gable thrust bay features a full width skillion roofed awning and casement windows. The gable porch is supported on Tuscan columns on masonry piers. The roofscape features another gable roof set deeper in the lot.
