HISTORY
1927 Woman Injured. Knocked Down by Constable. Serious injuries were sustained by Mrs. Adelaide Byers, of Allen-street, East Fremantle, on Monday afternoon, when she was knocked down by a horse ridden by Mounted-constable Rose, in Reserve street, East Fremantle. She was attended by Dr. Stubbe and was admitted to the Woodside Private Hospital in an unconscious state, and treated for severe concussion. Yesterday her condition had improved. (reference)
