ARCHITECTURE
Federation / Federation w Georgian Influences
No. 14 (previously was no. 38) Sewell street is a single story cottage constructed in timber framing and weatherboard cladding with a hipped corrugated iron roof. It is a simple expression of the Federation Bungalow style that has been restored in the 21st Century. The front elevation is symmetrically planned with a central door and hopper light flanked by double hung sash windows. The facade features a full width skillion roofed verandah supported on timber posts. The verandah is a replacement. There is a carport on the south side of the house.
