ARCHITECTURE

Federation / Simple Federation Bungalow

No. 13 (previously was no. 31) Preston Point road is a single storey house constructed in rendered brick with a hipped tiled roof. The place is a simple expression of the Federation Bungalow. The front elevation is asymmetrically planned with a full width return hip roofed verandah. The verandah is supported on timber posts with post brackets. The place is largely obscured by plantings, a carport and a high retaining wall. A set of steps leads from the footpath to the garden.
