Interwar Art Deco Bungalow
No 107 Petra Street is a single storey building constructed in limestone, tuck-pointed brick and rendered brick with a hipped tiled roof. It is an expression of the Inter-War Porch style. The place has been extensively modified to suit the requirement of a shop. Entry to the building can gained from both Petra Street and the south elevation. The Petra Street elevation is asymmetrically composed with a thrust bay and curved rendered porch. The porch is flanked by sets of casement and fixed light windows. The south elevation features a flat roofed concrete verandah.
