Interwar Bungalow w Arts & Crafts Influences
No 141 Petra Street is a single storey house constructed in brick and rendered brick with a hipped and gable corrugated iron roof. It is an expression of the Inter-War Bungalow style. The place is located on a corner lot that addresses both Petra Street and Fraser Street. The front elevation is asymmetrically composed with a thrust bay and a wide gable roofed porch. The porch features half-timbering and is set on rendered piers. The thrust bay has been extend north and features sets of casement windows. There is a central door flanked by sets of casement windows. The roofscape features a tall brick chimney.
