Federation / Post War / Georgian Influences w Early Modern Adaptation
No. 8 (previously was no. 12) Marmion street is a single storey house constructed in rendered masonry with a hipped tiled roof. It is most likely a Federation Bungalow with Post-World War II overlays. The front elevation is symmetrically planned with a central door in a deep recess flanked by sidelights and windows. The painted walls are a later modification.
