Federation / Simple Federation Bungalow
No. 59 (previously was no. 119) Sewell street is a single story house constructed in rendered brick with a hipped and gable corrugated iron roof. It is a simple expression of the Federation Bungalow style. The front elevation is symmetrically planned with a central door and hopper light flanked by sidelights and double hung sash windows. The facade features a full width bull-nosed roofed verandah supported timber posts. There is a parapet wall along the south lot boundary.
