ARCHITECTURE
Federation, Georgian Domestic Carpenter
No. 23 (previously was no. 49) Hubble street is a single storey house constructed in timber framing and weatherboard cladding with a hipped corrugated iron roof. It is a fine expression of the Federation Bungalow style. The place is asymmetrically planned with a full width and return skillion roofed verandah. The verandah is a replacement and is supported on square timber posts. The northern section of the verandah acts as a carport. There is a central door and hopper light flanked by side lights and double hung casement windows.
