Federation / Inter-War Bungalow w Federation Influences

No 21 Petra Street is a single storey house constructed in brick and rendered brick with a hipped corrugated iron roof. It is a fine expression of the Inter-War Bungalow style. It is asymmetrically composed with a full width return hip roofed verandah. The verandah is supported on timber posts. There is a central door flanked by single double hung sash windows. Windows have rendered sills and dressings. The walls are brick with rendered stringcourses. The roofscape features a render capped chimney.
