Bungalow Porch House W/
Art Deco Influence
No 18 Gill Street is a single storey house constructed in brick and rendered brick with a hipped tiled roof. It is an expression of the Inter-War Porch style. The front elevation is asymmetrically planned with a recessed addition to the side of the house. There is a curve roofed porch with a stepped back parapet. The porch is set proud of the house and is supported on fluted columns. The porch employs Art Deco motifs. There is a central pair of doors flanked by pairs of double hung sash windows. The windows are protected by flat roofed awnings. The roofscape features a tall brick chimney.
