Inter-War California Bungalow

No 10 Dalgety Street is a single-storey house constructed in limestone brick and rendered brick with a hipped and gable tiled roof. It is a fine expression of the Inter-War California Bungalow style. The front elevation is asymmetrically planned with a thrust bay and a half timbered gabled entry porch. The porch is set on pairs of brick piers over a limestone balustrade. The thrust bay features a set of casement windows under an awning. An integral garage is located to the side of the house. The roofscape features rendered chimneys and finials.
